Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShadeFit Kit! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

* You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
* The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. This includes all original components, accessories, and documentation.
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

* Clearance or sale items.
* Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or accidents.
* Products that have been altered or modified in any way.

Return Process:

* Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@icsales.net or call us at 585.547.5952 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
* Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is eligible. They will also provide you with specific return shipping instructions.
* Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
* Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the product is approved, we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@icsales.net or call us at 585.547.5952. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the unwanted item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
